These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Go Uplifted”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Go Uplifted provides marketing systems, automations, and content solutions that may include, based on your selected plan or package:

- CRM setup and custom automation workflows

- Review generation campaigns via email/SMS

- Landing pages, websites, and lead funnels

- Paid ad campaign setup and performance management

- Photo, video, or branded content (as available or contracted)

Your exact deliverables are outlined in your invoice, onboarding form, or proposal. Services vary based on plan tier and may require an active subscription for continued access.

Services outside of your agreed package are considered add-ons and may be billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

- All setup and one-time services are billed upfront unless otherwise specified

- Recurring services are billed monthly using the payment method on file

- Setup fees and strategy sessions are non-refundable

- Failed payments will result in suspension after 3 days, and termination after 7 days if unresolved

- Client is responsible for maintaining an active card and understanding their billing cycle

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

- Provide accurate business info, access to platforms (Meta, Google, CRM, etc.), and branding materials

- Respond to revision requests, approvals, or onboarding steps within 3 business days

- Maintain active logins and be available for required strategy or review calls if applicable

Lack of communication or incomplete onboarding may cause project delays that are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We implement best practices and proven systems, but do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, reviews, or revenue.

Your results depend on your offer, responsiveness, market demand, budget, and more.

We provide tools — you are responsible for how they're used.

5. Ownership & Usage

- All final custom deliverables are owned by the client after final payment is made

- Templates, automations, workflows, software setups, and back-end systems remain the intellectual property of Go Uplifted

- You may not resell, reuse, or distribute systems or content without written consent

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

- Monthly services can be canceled with 7 days' notice prior to your next billing date

- No refunds are given once services begin or access is granted

- Mid-month cancellations do not receive partial credit unless stated in writing

- Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable

Disputes or chargebacks without prior notice may result in revoked access and blacklisting.

7. Privacy & Data Use

We take your privacy seriously. Any information you share with Go Uplifted will only be used to deliver services and improve your business performance.

We do not sell or misuse your data.

8. Liability Limitations

Go Uplifted will not be liable for:

- Platform issues (like Meta ad bans or form outages)

- Loss of business or reputation due to implementation issues, delays, or missed client deadlines

- Any damages exceeding what you paid us in the last 30 days

9. Termination & Misuse

We may suspend or terminate services without refund if:

- You abuse, threaten, or harass staff

- You breach the terms of this agreement

- You attempt to duplicate or reverse-engineer our systems

- Invoices are unpaid for 7+ days

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the most recent version.
